In summer, the spacious, covered balcony with a magnificent panoramic view invites you to relax. Take your afternoon coffee there comfortably in the shade and be happy when you see ducks or fish swimming past on the pine stream. Also in the evening, after a strenuous mountain tour or a relaxing day of swimming, you can end the day together with a glass of wine and enjoy the glitter of the water and the stars.

Your domicile is a bright non-smoking apartment with a large balcony, separate entrance, 150 m², located directly on the energy hiking trail and yet the bakery and supermarket, restaurant and café, banks and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the hall and the Innsola outdoor pool with a large sauna area can be visited within a few minutes' walk. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Bathing areas at the stream and the nearby Hechtsee tempt you to cool off. A small nature park with a children's playground begins on the opposite bank of the stream. In the immediate vicinity, a rustic chestnut beer garden and the Bergwirt's Jägerstube invite you to celebrate, feast or just linger.
